The ZMQSY series pneumatic thin film Y-shaped steam trap is a new generation of steam trap valve specially designed and produced by our company based on the drainage of thermal power plant equipment. The product has a nearly linear flow design, reduces flow resistance, secondary throttling principle, reduces erosion, and improves service life. The valve core and seat are made of solid hard alloy, which can close internal leakage<=VI level, with a detachable middle chamber sealing design to prevent external leakage and facilitate maintenance. They can also be used in flammable and explosive environments. According to the signal from the control system or regulating instrument, the valve can be cut off or opened to meet the requirements of the controlled parameters. Therefore, it is widely used for remote control in industries such as thermal power plants.

ZMQSY pneumatic thin film Y-shaped drain valve; This valve consists of a new series of pneumatic diaphragm actuators and a Y-shaped drain valve (Figure 1). The Y-shaped drain valve is a specially designed regulating valve body with welded ends, suitable for specific piping.
The executing agency has two forms of action: positive and negative; When the signal pressure increases, the push rod extends out of the diaphragm chamber, which is called positive action, and cooperates with the valve to form an air tight type. When the signal pressure increases, the push rod retreats into the membrane chamber, which is called a reaction and cooperates with the valve to form an open circuit.
Its principle:
When the signal pressure is input into the diaphragm chamber, it generates thrust on the diaphragm, compresses the spring, moves the push rod, drives the valve stem, and changes the flow area between the valve core and the valve seat until the reaction force of the spring is balanced with the thrust of the signal pressure acting on the diaphragm, thereby achieving the purpose of automatic adjustment of process parameters.
